These terms govern your use of the website at hyperhythmic.ai (the “Site”), operated by Hyperhythmic Holdings UK Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom(“Hyperhythmic”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to the Site only. The provision of compute, colocation or related services is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between Hyperhythmic and the customer. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to supply services, a guarantee of capacity or availability, or a binding commitment on price, term or specification. All such matters are agreed in writing.

2. Information on the Site

Content on the Site is provided for general information about our business. Site descriptions, hardware specifications, performance figures and deployment status are indicative, may relate to planned or in-progress facilities, and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.
